Co-ordinate and control loading and drilling processes on a shift basis to ensure achievement of set targets Optimise mining operational performance within the mine plan Analyse diverse process variables and implement solutions Analyse production equipment efficiency, productivity and reconcile Assist in the planning and coordinating of mining projects i.e. scheduling and resource distribution Assist in investigation of mining safety incidences Ensure that Fleet Management and Control System operating standards are maintained at all times Optimising truck assignments to provide continuity and effective sequencing of the loading process operations Providing quick responses to enquiries, abnormal or emergency operational conditions Maintain a safe working environment and keeping the assigned work area clean and tidy Complete Core Safety training modules, which includes but are not limited to HIRA, JSA, and Pre-Task Risk Assessments etc Ensure compliance to all B2Gold Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures
