Duties included: Itinerary planning, quoting, invoicing, documentation preparation for FIT clients, Fly In safaris and smaller group bookings to Namibia as well as various Southern African destinations. Meeting with guests upon arrival in Windhoek for a comprehensive discussion of their upcoming trip, answering any last questions prior to them commencing on their journey.
