Drect coordination and management of a project construction team, interfacing with project organization, subcontractors and clients of the project

Basis : CONTRACT JOB • Assign the people and materials for jobs (I worked without Foreman , just with 4 leader men) leading directly more than 80 people (40 fabricators, 15 pipe fabricator /fitters ,30 welders, 4 mechanics , 4 electricians , 2 AC technicians, 6 riggers , 2 crane operators) • Arrange materials, machines, equipment and consumables for job target • Lead and technical supervising the job directly • Assisting the equipment dealers technicians for installing the new purchased equipment of the workshop : plate rolling machine , plate bending machine, plate sharing machine , pipe bending machine, drilling machine, lathe machines, shaping machine , milling machine....etc.... • Monitor the time targets for self-equipment fabrication (cutting tables, pipe rollers, pipe storage racks fabrication, store plane racks....) and installation of it Also time targets for new Lay out barge under construction at that moment in the yard

Jack-up oil rigs Maintenance, Repairing , Rebuilding and Refurbishment Hull, structural , piping , out-fittings fabrication - Jack-up Oil rigs repair and refurbishment Yard : - Working as Oil rig repairing and refurbishment Supervisor, then as in-charge Superintendent with responsibilities for the standards and regulations, quality, quantity, and safety. - Hull, structural and piping jobs lead and supervise - Leading and coordinating a work force around 100 - 300 persons , depending on the size of Project Fabricators, Welders, Riggers, Mechanics, Electricians, Carpenters, Blasters and Painters. - Responsibilities front side of the Client (Rig Manager, Rig Superintendent, and Barge Engineer) - Responsibilities for the time target, Quality and Safety - Issuing and reporting the work status and /or technical reports to Lamprell Project Manager and Safety Department Maintaining production records. - Arrange and coordinate yard and on-board Jobs - Ensure all work is completed to standards specified before final inspections are expected to be - NDT , Hydro , Leak and air tests planning and eye witnessing for completion, the time target, Quality and Safety - Ensure production is in accordance with project specifications, QA/QC procedures , Client and HSE requirements
