As a Training Specialist we provide a service to the Department of Basic Education on the SA-SAMS platform. I have experience as a Branch Manager at Shoprite and my duties includes ALL HR related processes. I have also worked in the Mining sector as a HR Team Lead in HR/Payroll Information System, SAP. I am a professional systems trainer, facilitator, and educator with 15+ years of experience in Performance and Training that is solidly grounded in creating a positive learning environment by building a high degree of rapport with participants, thus facilitating lasting change. I have successfully implemented innovative training methodologies that responded quickly to emerging needs and trends. I consistently ensure acquisition and enhancement of skills and competencies implement performance support activities, function as the single point of contact for all of the site’s training and development needs - and much more. I interact well with everyone from front-line workers to top executives and have the leadership skills to inspire and motivate and a high level of Emotional Intelligence. My diverse and broad-based background in the FMCG, Retail, Mining and Oil & Gas industries has sharpened my organizational and analytical skills.
