Responsibilities: • Supervision and project management of annual renovation and construction works carried out on management guesthouses and ZITF stand/ stall including landscaping. • Structural analysis, design and detailing of booster masts/ radio communication towers (26 metres and 40 metres) including supervision of mast fabrication and construction of reinforced foundations. • Supervision of annual maintenance, repairs and inspections (Victoria Falls Bridge and Victoria Falls Hotel) • Maintenance of wastewater disposal and water reticulation systems for all NRZ buildings and workshops (pumps, valves and channel/pipeline network) • Preparation of scope of work, technical specifications and contracts (FIDIC) for tender documents (Waterproofing of NRZ Southern Area Headquarters Concrete Roof, Supply of 50 000 Concrete Sleepers to NRZ, Supply of 5 Sewer Pumps to NRZ, Roof and Floor Repairs to Mutare Mechanical Workshops, Renovations of NRZ Board Guesthouse…) • Assisting in the preparation of capital budgets (CAPEX), physical budgets and minor works budgets annually for all NRZ building, water, sewer and bridge infrastructure.

Responsibilities: • Construction of concrete foundations for transformer bases and plinths for a mini substation. • Supervision and quality control for construction of new low-cost housing units. • Setting up of sewer gravity pipeline (Levels, drawings). • Design and supervision of the repair of a 200 000 litre masonry-built water tank.
