Report high and critical incidents as per agreed Escalation process. • Accountability: High availability of the Bank’s Core Banking and Peripheral systems. First point of escalation for all System Administration matters. Planning and Coordination of the execution of any housekeeping/maintenance activities.

• Understands and writes English and Afrikaans fluently • Competencies: Unix (AIX) Control – M (Batch job Scheduler) Finacle - level 2 support training completed • Experience in Linux/Unix Servers Oracle Linux, Red hat, Ubuntu, Centos, Solaris • Knowledge in SQL programming language • Extensive knowledge of the TSM Backup System used by SBN • Active Directory Knowledge • ITIL 2011 Foundation
