Position : Resident Coordinator

We are recruiting a Resident Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide upscale service experiences for residents and ensure smooth operations of TaTe Village;
  • Promote and maintain a progressive and contemporary living environment for residents;
  • Be the main point of contract for residents, guests, vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage communication between residents and staff
  • Assist TaTe Village staff to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
  • Assist TaTe Village staff to ensure we comply with all standards  and operating procedures
  • Assist with daily dutis, assigning tasks
  • Collect and analyze residents feedback and comments expeditiously
  • Maintain high satisfaction score ratings with residents
  • Coordinate maintenance and service issues timely to ensure minimum disruption on residents
  • Manage move-ins and move-out effectively with a standardized  recorded process
  • Diligently manage application process to ensure constant 100ù occupancy rates
  • Communicate with TaTe Village team to coordinate and plan the allocation of rooms
  • Debt collecting, proper invoicing, and recording of payments received
  • Plan for proper scheduled maintenance inspections to ensure hygiene, health and safely regulations are met
  • Ensure the Laundromat is operational at all times
  • Assist with leasing, applications screening, selection, resident/ guest intakes, new registrations and biometrics cancellations, and waiting list
Required profile for job ad : Resident Coordinator
  • Verifiable work experience in the hospitality or Tourism industry ( Guest Relations, Check in clerk, or similar role)
  • Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, plus 1 more language
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Strong social media skills and in-tunr with technology trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours 
  • Strong sense of independence, accountability, responsibility and professional presentation
  • Code B drivers license
  • Must be a non-smoker
