Position : Operations Manager

Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as the Operations Manager of the company’s Namibian operations.

  • Organise and manage the sales process from initiation to closure and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Manage the on-boarding of new clients onto the company system.
  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Assist with customer relations, training, and support.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies in conjunction with the Managing Directors.
  • Regular reporting to the Managing Directors.
Required profile for job ad : Operations Manager
  • Honours degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
  • Willing to travel when necessary (within Namibia).
