Position : Manager - Internal Audit

Job Description & Summary
A career in our Risk Assurance Internal Audit - Client Services practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.

Our team supports clients development of a risk management and governance framework and provides consulting and investigatory advice.We apply a wide range of assurance techniques, with a strong emphasis on risk management, performance improvement, change management.

Required profile for job ad : Manager - Internal Audit

Preferred skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including communicating at Director and Audit Committee level)
  • Report writing skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks , meet deadlines and tolerate high stress levels
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Driver’s license will be an added advantage

Minimum years experience required

  • Must be a Namibian citizen /have a valid permit to work in Namibia
  • B. Comm/B. Acc Degree (preferably with Honours)/B. Tech degree (Internal Auditing)/Internal Auditing Diploma
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or studying towards certification;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an auditing environment (including completed articles and previous exposure to internal audit)
