Position : Commercial Partner Marketing Manager

Partner Marketing is your thing? Ecommerce is your domain? Fantastic. As our Commercial Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop our partner proposition and go-to-market capabilities for our newly-announced ‘commercetools for Growth’ offering.
The role will be focused on developing the marketing strategy and accompanying assets to help the growth of the commercial partner segment within the systems integrators space. Our enterprise partners include Deloitte, CapGemini, EPAM and Accenture, though this role is focussed on small to mid-sized agencies. Cumulatively, this area represents enormous growth potential for commercetools and a high profile opportunity for the right candidate. 
You will work with smaller agency partners to develop and deploy campaign-in-a-box assets and partner enablement materials that increase partner knowledge and drive more revenue in the commercial (mid-market) space.

Your Mission:

  • Create and scale the Partner Marketing strategy for our commercial segment
  • Design campaign-in-a-box strategies to enable agencies to market commercetools on our behalf
  • Create a scalable demand generation program for promoting commercetools to the commercial partner segment
  • Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across the commercial partner network 
  • Coordinate and plan digital aspects of partner campaigns with our global Marketing team
  • Coordinate with partner marketing counterpart to ensure joint programs are completed on time and on budget
  • Track outcomes of partner co-marketing campaign KPIs using the Partner Portal
  • Ensure global strategic partner campaigns are coordinated with counterparts in other regions
  • Measure performance of lead and opportunity funnel in partnership with Sales and Partner Management, continually measuring, evaluating, and reporting on programs across a variety of SaaS metrics

Required profile for job ad : Commercial Partner Marketing Manager

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in strategizing and delivering programmatic campaigns 
  • Proven track record of successfully running Partner Marketing campaigns 
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce landscape
  • Demonstrated aptitude to multi-task and work effectively to tight timelines without compromising quality
  • Data-obsessed with a deep, diagnostic knowledge of the marketing funnel and levers to influence performance
  • Experience driving demand via multiple channels, including website, email marketing, events, partnerships, paid ads, and social media
  • Experience in the ecommerce space with some knowledge of the partner landscape a plus
