Position : Client Success Manager

Overview of the role:
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the main contact for some of the biggest restaurant, retail, and service brands in the world—and you’ll get the opportunity to make them even better. In addition to coordinating and managing their experience management programs, ensure projects are executed smoothly, and establish SMG as a true business partner. Clients will trust you to learn the ins and outs of every aspect of their program so they know how to best serve their customers and employees.

What you can expect in this role:
Client relationships: 

  • Lead status calls with clients 
  • serve as main contact for multiple projects
  • respond to daily correspondence
  • monitor the “big picture” of programs by setting, managing client expectations, and assess 
  • recommend program improvements that drive business outcomes

Project management: 

  • Oversee project deliverable quality, work across SMG departments to align internal resources 
  • meet project objectives
  • track project financials 
  • manage a team of Associate Client Success Managers
Required profile for job ad : Client Success Manager

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • At least 4 years of experience working on multiple projects at once—including vendor-side work, client and account management, information or data management, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel + PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized + flexible work style
  • Strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience navigating technical solutions
  • Ability to travel 15–20% of the time
  • Consulting or experience building relationships with C-level employees + working with restaurants or retailers is a plus
